The co-sharing industry is constantly growing and by 2020 will be one of the leading trends in business. AirBnB and other vacation rental platforms have been around for years, but the culture is just catching on. Every day, more guests are choosing a vacation rental at a home or condo versus a hotel or resort. In order to take advantage of this opportunity, I built out a fully automated model for property management along with an easily scalable method for property acquisition.
